Policy

 Fly Beauty Boutique products are sent out every Saturday, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Any lost or stolen items are not our responsibility once they have been shipped, please contact the shipping services. Please make sure all shipping information is correct to avoid any shipping issues.

Exchanges and returns are not allowed due to sanitary precautions. 

 

                                                APPOINTMENT POLICY

When booking an appointment a $20.00 non-refundable deposit is required. This payment will go towards the service. cancellation of appointment will forfeit this deposit.

When rescheduling an appointment you must reschedule 48 hours before the scheduled date, this deposit will still be viable; anything after 48 hours will require a new deposit for a new appointment.

BEFOREHAND please come with a clean lashes/brow no makeup, mascara , concealer e.t.c. If you have any makeup or residue on lashes this will result in lash bath (extra charges).

Text reminder are sent 24 hours before scheduled appointments. Confirmation are required to keep appointment.

DURING service eyes need to remain closed the entire time so please take any calls or text before hand thank you!
